About this image

There was another fine display of NLC on the night on 2019 July 11/12.

It became visible in bright twilight at 21:45 UT. The show was spectacular for the next half hour or so. Exposures were taken every 15 minutes with my indoor camera until 23:00 UT by which time the NLC had diminished considerably and sky conditions had deteriorated.
