About this image

A glorious sunset, with the clouds underlit, gave way to clear skies for this observation of the Moon (3 days old) and Venus. I could just fit them into the fov of my Pentax 7x50 bins giving a separation of a little over 7 degrees.

The Universe just keeps on giving ...
