About this image

I've been experimenting with a colour CMOS camera instead of my usual mono CCDS. The ZWO ASI071 uses a sensitive Sony chip and compared to colour cameras I have tried in the past has no obvious amp glow and low background noise. Comet C/2017 T2 PANSTARRS is a slow moving comet an that enabled me to stack enough images to bring out both it and background stars sharply.
