New UGSU type dwarf nova discovered on 17th Jan 2020 in Lynx. Observed at ~mag 15.05 (V)

Conditions gradually deteriorated through the evening with worsening transparency (moved from 2 min to 3 min observations to try to mitigate, but with not much improvement in signal to noise ratio.
