Venus 30th January

About this image
Good evening,
Attached is an observation of Venus I made this evening in an unpredicted cloud gap.  Seeing wasn't too bad but frequent passing cloud was a nuisance.  Once more the markings seemed fairly conspicuous but I did have trouble placing them accurately due to the glare form the disk.  Other points include:
Bright Limb Band: Visible and complete
Terminator: Geometrically regular
Cusp Caps: SPC quite brilliant, and for the first time in this elongation I was able to definitely see the NPC, although it was not overly conspicuous it was definitely present.
Cusp Collars: Southern collar seen, northern one may have been glimpsed.
Best wishes,
-Paul
