About this image

Part of an ongoing experiment with a modern colour CMOS camera after years of using mono CCD cameras for imaging.  In this instance by using a Baader S type filter the effect was the same as using a quadband filter to turn the camera into a narrowband colour camera.  This is a stack of 21x240seconds using the ROI feature on the camera to capture just the area around the nebula.  It proved quite difficult to process as the resulting subframes were brighter than intended.
