About this image
At this time of year conditions are favourable for viewing artificial satellites, particularly the current passes of the ISS, which we all enjoy seeing. Less welcome are the hordes of modern 'vermin of the skies' criss-crossing our cameras' sensors.
During one of my astrometry runs of C/2017 T2 (PanSTARRS) a couple of such bodies, 4s apart, did their best to occult the comet. (The video timestamps are blurred because each image is a composite of 3 or 4 video frames to show the complete satellite trail).
Another object passed across the field of PHA (Potentially Hazardous Asteroid) (52768) 1998 OR2. My field of view is only 30 arcmin across the diagonal but still the peskies get in the shot, otherwise they don't affect my astrometry.
