The Venus crescent gets more and more elegant as it slims down for its date with inferior conjunction. Poor seeing for this capture, but Autostakkert and Registax worked their magic!

A beautiful smooth crescent. I appreciate that the near-IR filter helps here, but the result is excellent nonetheless. Must try one!
