An observation of Jupiter made yesterday. I was rather surprised at how good the the seeing conditions were given the very low altitude of the planet- it just shows that it is worth observing even when planets are low down as you never know when a period of good seeing may arrive! Some striking details in evidence in the atmosphere of Jupiter ...
