About this image

One of the great observing experiences of my life. Fantastic view of the comet and some very impressive NLCs in a dark blue summer sky with Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and the Moon behind me, the Milky Way in Cygnus overhead and strange wild animals in the bushes. A really bright overhead pass of ISS too. Observing doesn't get much better. This is a relatively wide field shot showing around 6 deg of dust tail. The faint blue ion tail is there too if you look.
