About this image

Over the nights of 17th-18th and 20th-21st July I was using my 80mm APO to try to image comet NEOWISE.  On both nights as the sky was clear afterwards I pointed my APO at Andromeda capturing over both nights a total of 35 subframes at five minutes per image.  The end result came up quite nicely and proved that the manufacturer's recommendation of turning the CMOS gain down to zero for any exposure of 5minutes or more does surprisingly work rather well!

Flats and darks have been subtracted.
