About this image

I had been attempting to catch a last glimpse of NEOWISE through my 80mm refractor but it was already too low over neighbouring houses to get a clear shot.  Instead I turned to other targets, eventually capturing a 9 frame sequence of 600s per frame of IC 1396.  All the camera had was its usual luminance flilter, so this is as the camera saw the view without any enhancement of H Alpha or any narrowband.
