About this image

Although seeing wasn't particularly good, aside from regular cloud interruptions Mars was a little unsteady but stayed steady enough for a while on the night it was closest to us this time round (although of course opposition isn't until next week). This is a de-rotated stack covering 15minutes.

Both images are the same, just different ways up depending on how people prefer to see it!
