About this image
I have found a couple of interesting images from a session that was the premiere of the ASI 290MM monochrome camera in images of the Moon and that I had not processed yet.
Marius domes area. Located in the SW of the Oceanus Procellarum. The largest field of lunar domes. Around 250-300 volcanic buildings between domes (majority), cones and secondary structures. Marius crater in front of the volcanic complex, Reiner crater on the left. To the west of the Reiner crater and partially cut, Reiner Gamma on one of the largest magnetic anomalies detected on the lunar surface, leaves its whitish imprint almost in the center of the volcanic plateau
Extraordinary geographic features such as the twisting and narrow Rima Marius, on the right (north), perfectly observable with the telescope despite its narrowness. In the background (west) the Rima Galilaei
