About this image

NGC2237 in Monoceros H-alpha
I have carried out a test, reprocessing the Rosette Nebula using Pixinsight Starnet++ script. The image was taken the last year with a C14 Edge HD+Hyperstar f/1.9 on
Fornax52 mount, using the camera ASI 1600MMPRO with Baader Highspeed filter f/2 H-alpha.
Total integration: 60x90sec
I had some doubts using this approach, but for this kind of nebula i think the script allows to highlight better some structure.

An interesting approach. Its rendered it as almost an abstract.

Was that using pixinsights background estimation system at all?

Grant,

Thanks! I have used a Starnet script integrated in PixInsight.
