About this image

I dug out my old Super Polaris mount see how it could perform with the whitecat. The SP Mount was supplied with my C8 which I bought in 1987. The C8 was too much for the SP mount for photography, however it seems great for lighter payloads. The maximum ungiuded exposure I can away with seems to be around 2 muinutes, I took several images and picked the best one to process. I would have stacked images, if I had more acceptable exposures. And what better object for the test.

The Trapezium area has been dodged to show more detail in that area.
