A comparison with the image from 19th March. Conditions slightly worse. A cloud in Argyre seems to have spread a little and move North a bit?

Also, two bright patches E of Mare Acidalium seem confirmed, possibly clouds, in the second image.

(Just my impressions: I'm sure the specialists could interpret these more accurately)
