About this image

Reasonable conditions now as Jupiter climbs out of the murk from British latitudes. I had spent a fair amount of time struggling to collimate my scope, so was pleased to see surface variations on the disc of Ganymede which WinJupos confirmed are real. Pleased with that!

The planet is still showing it's unusual appearance regarding the equatorial belts.
