About this image

Only 3 Perseids and 1 sporadic were captured on the original image but I spent some more time inspecting the individual images and found additional trails so I have updated the image. The Perseid count is now up to 6. All those shown were checked for extended trails on the preceding 2 or the succeeding 2 images so I'm reasonably confident that the 6 sporatics are likely to be meteors rather the satellites.

The background for this image is from the best 56 of the 63 cloud free images out of a total of 142 images.
