An image from when the Cranborne Chase AONB Meteor Party was winding down - hence the security lights going on.

About 40 people turned up with loungers, blankets and good humour to watch meteors from a relatively dark (21 mag) sky.

Steve Tonkin and Bob Mizon provided support with some other guys from a local astro society also bringing scopes.

I just sat in a chair 50m away (very antisocially distanced perhaps) trying to catch a meteor go across the sky above them. Alas, after 175 frames I had caught lots of satellites, but just 2 meteors. One faint and one bright, but only 10% on the field of view. It was nice to sit out and watch though.
