My first astronomical telescope, a 1959 Ottway 4" Newtonian reflector, hand-built from a kit, with my latest telescope, a 2021 Unistellar 112mm 'Newtonian' incoprporating all sorts of electronic gizmos that Ottways could barely have imagined possible. Sixty-odd years of development in small telescope design captured in this image. Needless to say, since delivery of the eQuinox the skies here have remained stubbornly overcast. Some things never change!
