About this image

M13 - Hercules Globular cluster or The great globular cluster, it consists of over 100,000 stars densely packed together in approx 150 Light-year diameter sphere, located in the constellation of Hercules.

It’s my favourite Globular cluster – so far :)

It is considered to be the finest globular cluster in the Northern sky, I think it is the brightest too.

Processing; Deep sky stacker, PixInsight with final tweaks in Photoshop and Topaz DeNoise.

Clear skies.
