About this image

This image was a trial run to ensure my 200mm Newt which has been largely unused since comet Neowise was still in good order. It was a little more challenging than usual as there was plenty of moonglow as well as skyglow from our area to contend with and on top of that I had some difficulty with the flat frames and had to process them separately and subtract manually in the end. All part of the fun!
