About this image

I have attempted M33 on previous occasions but was limited with kit and/or location. Now with some dark sky opportunity I thought I would try again. I wanted to get a close up including some detail in the large HII region NGC604 (top right). I'm not sure the blend of Ha and Red is optimal here, but it certainly stands out (its 1500 light years across and dwarfs our the Orion nebula by factor of around 50)

Taken over three nights (30 Sept, 6, 7 Oct). 6hrs 40min total exposure
