The apparent close approach of dwarf planet (1) Ceres and Aldebaran, when they were about 10 arcmin apart projected onto the sky, a few hours before their smallest separation of 7 arcmin. Recorded through a clearer gap in a watery sky. Field about 30 arcmin across the diagonal.
