About this image

I know a 114mm Newtonian isn't exactly high res - especially when imaging with a Lodestar - but I thought I would try NGC1555 as a bit of fun. I hoped I would notice any significant brightening or fading. As it happens I might have been a bit suspicious of part of the nebula, but Richard Sargeant's great gif of a few days ago did a rather better job in highlighting the fact NGC1555 is active again! Our VN observers might like to keep an eye on it.
