About this image

Recorded thirty SER files of 1000 frames each in Firecapture to capture the sequence of events leading up to a CME from the region of sunspot group AR 2975 between 11:15 and 11:57 UT. Stacked all in Autostakkert and processed in Astrosurface,using Maxim DL4 to align and create a video of the M4 class flare. This image was taken at the point the CME erupted from the solar surface (11:29 UT)as reported on spaceweather.com
