About this image

Aside from M31 and its satellites, there are actually a couple of other galaxies in Andromeda with visual extent bigger than 5 arc min - NGC 891 and this one - NGC 7640; so it doesn't quite have pride of place as the 'Other' galaxy in Andromeda but, nearly so.... Acquired in Voyager and processed in Pixinsight. Total exposure time of 2.5 hrs
