About this image

Messier 27 The Apple Core Nebula, also known as The Dumbbell Nebula & NGC 6853, is a planetary nebula (nebulosity surrounding a white dwarf) in the constellation Vulpecula. Distance of about 1,360 light-years and visual magnitude of 7.5

Pleasing first attempt with my new Optolong L-eNhance filter - revealed a lot more of the nebulosity.

Very nice image, Mark. I must consider getting the filter!
