This is my 1st outing with my new ASI462MC camera. I haven't done any planetary work since this time last year, so being somewhat rusty and with a new camera it took me a while to get going. Seeing conditions were very poor early on, but improved significantly around 2am, in time for a few capture sequences before the clouds rolled in. Using a colour camera allowed me to get a colour image as there probably wouldn't have sufficient time for a sequence with a mono camera and RGB filters. The image comprises the best 5% of approx 28000 frames from 2x3 min runs.
I'm very pleased with the initial results and look forward to finding out what I can do with it under better seeing conditions and a longer capture sequence.
