I have been able to discover very little about this faint pair of interacting galaxies in Cygnus.

Distance c.165million ly. Apparent mag. 12. 

Bortle 7/8. Extensive high cloud.

Fair amount of stuff at Simbad

For instance, very red (B=14.4, J=10.5, K=9.5) at a red shift of 0.01289 which corresponds to 55Mpc (or 180 Mly) according to an on-line calculator

 

Both those sites are valuable resources, IMO, and I use them quite often.
