Mars appeared gibbous as still several weeks from opposition. North polar Hood very noticeable.
That’s a very nice image, Ella, and I hope you will send it and any others you might get to the Mars Section. The Solis Lacus remains very large and was not affected by the recent big dust storm. At a slightly higher longitude, later in the Martian day, you would see signs of clouds over the big volcanoes. Soon the polar hood will give rise to the ground cap.
