Camera comparison on Mars
About this image
It's a hard thing to do completely fairly, with changing pixel size affecting all sorts of things from noise to best processing parameters, but here is the best comparison I can make between Uranus-C, ASI224mc and ASI482mc. All at 7.5msec exposure and f29, in good and fairly unchanging seeing. Result of best one minute video for each. All presented at the same angular scale.
In this set up ASI224MC and Uranus C perform very similarly but ASI482MC is undersampling slightly resulting in some minor loss of definition. Uranus C's colour is more saturated.
