Great image Mazin. What software are you using to do the stacking? There is some strange banding in the image, presumably an artefact from the stacking process.

Hi Nick. Used DSS and PixInsight for the whole process. I first stacked intermittent subs locked at the comet, the stars are now lines of dots and not a solid line. Then StarXterminate the image in PixInsight to remove the stars (some traces left which you see as banding). Created a mask to isolate the comet from the background which was darkened. Then combined the starless comet with a new stars-only image. A lengthy process due to non-even background.
