About this image

The camera and lens were piggybacked on my C11 driving at sidereal rate. A one-minute exposure would have been a whiteout at this ISO, which is why I chose 10 s exposures and processed them in DeepSkyStacker. Flats were applied.

The resultant image (a crop of about 50% of the original) gives an impression of the widefield view from a suburban location.

I also recorded some videos of the comet with the C11, f/3.3 focal reducer and QHY174M-GPS camera, for astrometry.
