About this image

A cropped camera image of the star field looking north. Polaris is near the centre bottom of the image, with the stars of Camelopardalis above and Comet 2022 E3 faintly visible near the centre top of the image. It was fairly easily visible with binoculars as it passes through its closest approach to Earth, despite a rather light sky with a gibbous Moon and street lights.
