About this image

This is six pre-dawn sessions on Venus attempting to detect features on the night side by theiir heat signal at 1 micron. They have been combined by WinJUPOS into a de-rotated image for 8th September and accompanied by the WinJUPOS simulation for the de-rotation time suitably blurred for comparison. I've included Venus and the simulation both North up and South up depending on the viewer's preferred orientation.
