About this image

Received the alerts from Sandra and SPA. Nothing was seen by eye but the first couple of shots were the best. Later in the evening there was just a very faint green horizontal band.

I had to use a bit of basic processing to brighten the image.

The bonfire in the distance confirms the date!

Lovely image Graham. Thanks to cloud, I only caught a tiny glimpse of the aurora from my location overlooking the Vale of Pickering, but I counted eight bonfires!
