Stinging Scorpion (NGC 2451) – in Puppis - is one of the brightest open clusters in the southern hemisphere, which can’t be observed from the UK. Featuring an amazing bright K4 orange stars (c Puppis) surrounded by hot bright stars, against a patch of HII region.
