Despite being less than 7" in diameter Mars can still show reasonable detail in even average seeing conditions.

As usual, the red image shows the most surface detail. Solis Lacus is just past the meridian in the upper part of the disk. Tharsis is the bright area below it, more noticeable in the RGB composite. The North Polar hood remains obvious
