Saturn with Titan shadow transit

About this image

A cruel twist of British weather to be properly clear for this uncommon event in November but to then throw in a strong jet stream to totally scramble the seeing. I could see nothing of the shadow transit visually. With the camera, so bad was the seeing, focusing was no better than rolling dice. I ran imaging sequences from 20:45 until just after 21:00 when Saturn was lost behind trees. This is the top 10%. I have yet to process 5% and 25% stacks but I am not expecting any better result.

The shadow shows up as nick in the planet's limb just past the 6 o'clock position.
