About this image

It is possible, just, to get this comet in the evening twilight from low northern latitudes if the air is very clear. It has faded a lot and appears to have lost its central condensation. This image was taken with the comet a degree above the true horizon (a couple of degrees above the apparent horizon from 2100m). I was quite surprised to get it at all. Around half an hour later when the sky was much darker I got the outer extent of the comet's dust tail
