About this image

Really good seeing for once!

Composite created from separate RGB filter images. Also created a gentle luminance from these to further enhance the surface features. This does suppress the blue clouds somewhat but these were comparatively slight at this time.

The dark horizontal marking above centre left is Sinus Sabaeus with Sinus Meridiani at its rightmost end. To its immediate right is Mare Erythraeum. The dark marking at lower right is Mare Acidalium.
