About this image

Finally operational from the back garden again after having my wooden observatory demolished and a new better quality and larger wooden one built from scratch, plus at the same time decommisioning my EQ8 and replacing it with a Mesu E200 Mk II mount.  Thanks to a local engineering firm I was able to get the EQ8 weights re-bored to fit the Mesu counterweight shaft.
