Member since 2002. Physics degree. Member of the IET. Used to live in a very light-polluted area and used a TAL100R 4" refractor (see picture taken while setting up for the transit of Venus in 2002) mainly for planetary observations and webcam imaging. Modified the webcam myself before they were fashionable.
Now in the North of England with much better skies and use a 10" f/4 Newtonian + Baader Coma Corrector mainly for galaxies and nebulae. Getting into DSLR photography.
