BAA Winchester Weekend

Programme

The Alfred Curtis Lecture, The Making of our Universe: Everything from Nothing, will be given by Prof Carlos Frenk (University of Durham).

Other speakers include Prof Carl Murray, Prof Alberto Vecchio, Dr Jonathan Nichols, Dr Simon Hodgkin, Dr Richard Parker, Dr Paul Abel, Pete Lawrence and George Sallit.

On Saturday afternoon there will be a meeting of the BAA Meteor Section organised by Dr John Mason.

Full board for the whole weekend is £210 for BAA members and £235 for non-members. Demand for places is expected to be high so early booking is recommended. Day attendance is possible (see booking form for prices) but priority will be given to those staying for the whole weekend.
