Daylight astronomy at The National Museum of Computing

Are hosting another day of Daylight Astronomy from 11am – 5pm on Saturday 23 August.
Come and see the Sun, Moon, stars, Jupiter and Saturn in broad daylight (weather permitting).
Regardless of the weather you can participate in Radio Astronomy with Paul Hyde and his team.
During the day there will be two 30 minute talks repeated twice:
- How to get started in visual astronomy
- Basics of radio astronomy
There will be a host of telescopes, including H-alpha solar scopes, radio receivers and people to tell you how to get into astronomy from various local and national clubs and societies.
