I had another bash at comet 45P Honda-Mrkos-Pajdusakova this morning (2017 Feb 6th) The skies were very hazy but I managed a string of 11 images that I’ve put together as a short movie see https://youtu.be/0YuXpEJj4qs It shows how fast this comet is moving as it nears the Earth.

Nice image of a challenging object. It really is zipping north now but the weather, at least in the southeast, doesn’t seem to be in a cooperative mood.
