So I had some spare time this morning so thought I would play with some of the data that the Radio Meteor Detection Collaboration Project
Has collected. Due to the differing receiving stations setup etc. we have not yet reached the point where we can undertake to much science, our data is good however for trends
So the graph below plots by month the event durations split into
- 1 Second or less
- 1 to 5 seconds
- 5 to 10 seconds
- Greater than 10 seconds
Displayed as a percentage of the total events for the month, and it shows that overall the split amongst the events is pretty similar month to month
I’m not an excel expert so if anyone wants to play to perhaps make a better graph the data is in the doc which is included in the post
