Conjunction between the Moon and Venus

The Moon and Venus will make a close approach, passing within 4°07′ of each other.
The pair will visible in the east in the early morning sky. At the moment of closest approach, the Moon will be at mag -10.6 in the constellation Pisces, and Venus at mag -4.7 in the neighbouring constellation of Aquarius.
The pair will be too widely separated to fit within the field of view of a telescope, but will be visible to the naked eye or through a pair of binoculars.
